Revenue Logic
Success-based. Not discount brokerage.
AUCANO earns success-based B2B brokerage and transaction fees. Compensation is agreed individually for each transaction and may be structured on the buyer side, seller side or both. Registering a buyer or investor profile is free and non-binding; a brokerage agreement is entered into when AUCANO presents a specific opportunity and the party chooses to proceed.
Risk Boundaries
No equity risk. No construction liability.
AUCANO does not take equity risk. AUCANO does not sign loan agreements. AUCANO does not act as construction manager, developer or technical project controller. AUCANO remains in the role of a licensed real estate transaction intermediary and deal structuring partner.
